Howdy!

We’re Tracy and Francisco, a husband and wife duo and college sweethearts (go Trojans!) who share a deep passion for baking and bringing people together through food.

Our bakery is a reflection of our childhoods and our dual identities, both of us American-born and shaped by different cultural influences. Tracy was born and raised in Hawaii by Chinese parents who immigrated from Vietnam. Francisco is a Los Angeles native, born to parents who immigrated from Mexico.

Everything in our bakery is made from scratch in small batches, using familiar ingredients and flavors that we experienced from our childhood. We look for natural ways to bring together influences from Southeast Asian, Mexican, and Hawaiian cuisines, creating desserts that feel both familiar and unexpected. At the same time, we also serve cultural classics, giving people the opportunity to try treats they may have never experienced before. In everything we make, we hope to celebrate our roots while building bridges through flavor.
